The project

A tower of terraces by water

One Canal is a slim white tower on the bank of the Dubai Water Canal. Its curved balconies look out over the water on one side and the trees of Safa Park on the other.

Inside there are only penthouses, sky villas and a sky mansion, from 3 to 6 bedrooms. A private lift opens straight into each living room, so there are no shared hallways at all.

Shaun Killa designed the building, HBA consulted on the interiors, and the homes are finished in collaboration with Fendi Casa. Ceilings rise from 4.5 to 9 metres, and terraces carry their own sky pools.
